O Aperitif abriu as suas portas em setembro de 2023 como um bar de bairro onde pode desfrutar de um encontro rápido com amigos, um encontro romântico ou simplesmente tirar um tempo para si.
O menu de bebidas celebra os clássicos, acrescentando as suas próprias reviravoltas. A selecção de bebidas espirituosas é composta por marcas premium, juntamente com uma carta de vinhos bem equilibrada com pequenos produtores locais dentro e ao redor do Cabo Ocidental. A oferta gastronómica inspira-se na cultura europeia do aperitivo, concentrando-se em pratos simples concebidos para serem partilhados.
