Uma experiência gastronómica elevada no coração de Stellenbosch, em homenagem à avó do proprietário Marais Kirsten-Uys, que lhe ensinou que qualquer coisa que valha a pena fazer vale a pena fazer bem. MERTIA é o culminar de um sonho de toda a vida, trazido à vida por Marais e pelo chef Matt van den Berg, cujo talento para refeições elevadas é informado por ingredientes frescos e locais. Atravessando o antigo gracht da Praça de Wet, você deixa a agitação para trás e se entrega a uma experiência em constante evolução de celebrar o estar juntos.
O restaurante serve um menu de degustação. O menu tem raízes profundas na culinária com sabores locais e produtos orgânicos, com um aceno para a herança Sul-Africana.
